How can a immigration consultantancy guarantee PR?

I spoke to a consultancy in Delhi India about PNP and they guaranteed PR 100% after asking few question? How is that even possible? They claim that they will refund the amount if PR is not given. It's really hard to digest their statement. so i wanted to know is that even possible for a consultancy to assure you PR 100% .






ps: I know its easy to create profile and i should do it on your own.but i wanted a professional opinion.

It is ridiculous. It's pure scam; stay away from it.

Firstly you should avoid any consutlant who guarantees PR. As it is not in their hand to issue PR.
Secondly share more about your education and work experience to understand where you stand in the queue of Canada PR

P S check online on "CRS calculator" and check your score. If it comes out to be more than 460 then you don't need consultant and do the process by urself.

As above no consultant can guarantee even one percent to get anyone PR. Sure some consultants if any good can for a fee help fill in the forms which anyone with patience can do but that is about how useful they are.

Add to that there are many so called consultants who push fake job offers as you can see with posts on this forum.

Note nobody on here is a professional everyone here is just a member of public on a public forum and not associated in anyway either with immigration or the firm who run this forum.

No, they cannot 100% guarantee you a PR. No one can.
