PR Application taking more than 6 months!!! Please Help

Hello all,

Needed an advice. My friend is currently on work permit in Canada and currently completed 3 years of Canadian experience. He applied for PR with an score of 490 but still not reply from CIC side. 6 moths has been completed today and no new further!!! Please suggest the next immediate process or thing to do? Any information is helpful. Thank you in advance for your help.

The best is to order notes. That is the only way to see what exactly is going on with the application.

It is normal for an application to exceed the 6 month period. Ask you friend to order his GCMS notes. Without GCMS notes, it is difficult to ascertain the exact situation of his application.
