If you are looking for a job in Media sales you basically have one option unless you speak French which is Toronto. Getting a job will be tough. Canada is a relatively small market. If you have a good job and life I would consider why you are moving.
A very good question!
I have a good job but all the conversation starts and ends with US visa and stability. H1b has many restrictions and getting a GC is a really long wait. I think I am at the phase of life where I would prefer more stability and freedom. Canada PR is offering me both and that is all I can expect.
Landing a job depends on an individual's skill set and a bit of luck.

When moving to Canada it sometimes has to result in a career change. Many people are coming from very large markets like a China, India or the US which are huge markets compared to Canada. Smaller markets means that it can be hard to break into industries. This isn’t just for new immigrants but for Canadian citizens as well.

Yeah. A very valid point. I am mentally prepared to switch the field if needed.
I am just hoping that because of immigration inflow, in near future the economy gets the boost and various industries development. March 2020 is when I am planning to move.

Unfortunately think there is a higher chance of recession than sudden boost in the economy.
