I've been trying to get roles and responsibilities reference letter from my previous employer but they don't really care to help me. I read somewhere that if the employer doesn't provide the reference letter then I can get it from current employee/colleague and then I can make an affidavit of it.
But here's my problem, all my friends, colleagues and managers have already left that company. My only hope was HR but they said they can provide the letter only if I get it signed from my manager. I finally reached out to my Delivery Head through linkedIn but I think I wont get any help from there as well.
What should I do now?
