Yes contacted and they answered that case is under review..
not sure what it means at all... what about u?Yh as i told before, last time they asked for additional info was almost end of july till today no movement nothing I emailed them 3 times at different times they didn’t reply... Well, at this point only wait is all we can do. Hope positive answer will come soon to u and everyone who wants to be with their spouse!!!
Yh i will keep trying ... also I believe once i get pre arrival it will take another 3-4 months to get a passport request .. too slow
I don’t know about that. Some people get pre arrival and decision made all at one day...
In my application it still says in process i tnk they didn’t start doing background check yet... really hope all of us may hear good news very soon...
We contacted MP ( as my application has not touched since january,No BGC ,NO Eligibilty ) and he learnt from cic that spouse application process is not progressing as they never heard from Sponsor and they want to hear from sponsor.Has anyone ever faced the same problem ? Was it necessary for sponsor to call embassy and remind 'em about our file ? Itsreally making me worried .Dont know how much time they will take further .Afterall they could tell us before ,why they only told MP

It's possible they sent you message with some type of request and were waiting for a response.
We received messages directly from the Consulate office relating to country specific items.
Trying to call the embassy will be futile. You will have to use webform.
Can your MP help you with the issue?
No ,we never got any email or online update /request from embassy till now and we dont know what they want to hear .Yes ,Mp is helping and told us to write to cic from sponsor side that he(sponsor) is involved in the process .But we are not able to understand their point.Its obvious that no one can submit sponsorship file without sponsor's consent.

Of course it’s the sponsor who needs to submit the file... not sure what is the problem with your file, but hope it will get resolved soon and will move towards the positive response
