Hi everyone,

I am looking to apply for a Canadian PR via the Express Entry scheme. I answered the online quiz which says that I am eligible. However, when I enter my details when creating a profile, I almost immediately get a response saying that I am not eligible. Unfortunately, there is a total lack of transparency or help from the application portal as to why I am ineligible, besides generic possible explanations. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for how I can find out why my profile is not eligible? My profile is such that I should be clearly eligible. I'm 33 years old, would being CAD$100K, I have a master's degree, I am single, I have over 6 years working experience as a qualified accountant and my IELTS score was 9,9,9,8.5. My only guesses are that for some reason my IELTS certification details aren't matching up with the IRC system for some reason (but have no way of confirming this).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Edward

You'll need to copy and paste your responses to all of the questions here. Normally it's a simple error / oversight that's caused the ineligibilty. Very hard to say without seeing all answers.

A masters degree from where?

Do you need an ECA?

9,9,9,8,5?

How are you typing in your IELTS results? The code? The applicant number?
