Hi,

Here's the situation. We want to bring our brother from Pakistan. He is married and have 2 little girls. All of our siblings lives here and our parents as well. He was left behind in Pakistan due to his age matter when rest of the family migrated to Canada. He currently works for a Pharmaceutical firm as an I.T manager since last 12 years, his wife is a housewife. 1 girl is 11 years old and other one is a few months old.

Please let us know about the chances. Do we have this option as the last options or there are other easy and quicker ways too. FYI: His first language is URDU and English is weak, therefore he won't be able to pass EILTS etc.

I need to know who would be the best lawyer to look into this matter who has the best success rate. or is there any other option other then overseas H & C where EILTS is not required. Please recommend some good immigration people. The lawyers can get in touch as well through this thread. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

1) there is no way to sponsor him or his family under Family Class.
2) there is no way to apply for PR under H&C if he is not already physically in Canada.
3) his best (only) option is to apply under an existing economic immigration scheme, such as Express Entry.
4) as his family ties to Canada are very strong, a visitor visa is unlikely to be granted.

Just to add, I see no obvious H&C justification based on your narrative anyway.

This is definitely not an H&C case. Yes it’s unfortunate that he is separated from the family but he has a normal life in a Pakistan with a job and a family. Actually it sounds l8e he has a good life compared to many Pakistan. If he wants to immigrate he should start studying English and look at what he would need to immigrate via economic pathways.

This definitely is not an H&C case. Zero chance that will succeed.

His only option is to qualify and apply through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry. He will need to focus on strengthening his English language skills. There's no way around this. That's his family's only path.
