Hi thank you for the reply.
I received a generic letter for biometrics.
Am I suppose to receive a personalised letter as well (that’s my assumption after reading others replies) with dates and location?

Just so that we can plan the trip since my mom-in-law is in Canada right now.
Thanks.
the Biometric request letter (personalized that you would have on myCIC) does not have dates and location. Biometrics you can do anywhere in the world except Canada. See tracker for Biometric request letter sample.

But hang on, if your MIL is here on Supervisa then she would already have valid Biometrics? No? in that case your Biometric fee would have been refunded. No?
What does myCIC say?

Finally, just received PCC request from CPC-Mississauga. Need to submit it within 30 days. To be on the safe side, I already had requested it before hand and have it ready. :) @robertp @YULIA-2016 KIndly update line 7
Congrats !
Did you receive ONLY the PCC request or a generic letter like everyone else ?
On the generic letter there is no time limit of 30 days.

Hello Everyone,

I recently got AOR for my parents 2019 PGP application. My current family size is 3 (me and my parents).

Can anyone tell me that if I get married and my family size changes from 3 to 4. Does that mean I have to qualify for family size of 4 for year 2016, 2017 and 2018?
ANYONE?

How can you request it beforehand? Dont you need any official document for PCC request?
For India specifically, You can request from Passport Seva, you get an India-wide PCC. We could obtain directly, however, there are a few cases here, where Passport Seva wanted to see an official request. Your mileage may vary by city in India.

it is clear to me that PCC is being requested sooner or later in every case. Best to obtain proactively and keep in hand or submit proactively. Especially for cases where PCC is required from Middle-east countries for former residents which may require longer than normal processing timeframes.

I don't think so! If I understand correctly, that would only affect the income requirements after the marriage takes place (if you get married next year. Your family size will become 4 next year and you will need to meet the necessary income then). It's similar to when a baby is born. The income requirements increase only after the child is born.
