Med's Done....

My ECAS is updated for medical received and myCIC shows the updated Biometric 10 year expiry date. The address I put in the mailing address and residential address in imm0008 is out of Canada as my parents live outside Canada. However the address on top of the medical and biometric request letters was my Canadian Address and the file went to Mississauga. I am not sure why. Do I need to contact CIC for this address issue?

Also at what stage will CIC send the police certificate request? Are candidates providing it ahead of request?

No, it was melanoma. And i know it is one of the dangerous types of skin cancers.
But i did not mention it on the 5669.
But for sure it is not to hide it, because I have asked my dad to get all the reports from his dermatologist who was following up with him since 6 years, so that we can show this to panel physician.
And it was mentioned to the panel physician and reports were provided to IRCC at that time when he did his medicals for super visa in 2017.
Melanoma? You should have declared it on the 5669.

The "official position" on PCC from IRCC is to wait till it's requested. That said, some people (very few) have submitted in advance with no ill effect on the case progress till date. Others will correct me if I am wrong on the latter part of this statement.

It just came up now in the thread and I got to know about it.
I don’t know now what should I do, just leave it like this and mention it to the panel physician?
You should write an addendum to IRCC saying you missed out on the history of melanoma and that you will be providing reports from the dermatologist to the examining panel physician.

better that the case officer knows about it before she/he hears about it from the panel physician.

I dont think it is a big issue given that your dad has already had treatment 6 years ago and I am assuming is cancer free?

But if your case officer is some nasty person they can hit you with the "failure to disclose" clause.

What is the sequence of requests that CIC makes? I almost got biometric and medical at the same time. How long after these two will they generally send the PCC request? Have some people received all 3 requests at the same time?

Also my biometric and medical request only came to myCIC account. How will I get the PCC request?

I suggest that you follow the tracker; but the sequence is usually BIO -> IME -> PCC. Although in a few cases PCC was requested in advance of BIO. In some cases BIO & IME is requested together and or IME follows shortly after (within a week) of BIO request.

By-and-large BIO -> IME -> PCC

You have to wait. No AoR sent yet for June applicants.

Linking is only possible till June 6th as of today.
I am in the same boat. I sent my application on June 20th and was received on June 24th according to my tracking info, but have not received any AOR yet.
