French/English language test

Which test am I required to do in order to apply for citizenship given that i didnt need to submit any language results/tests when i because a permanent resident so i dont really have any tests.

Which one of the following do i need to take?

• Test de connaissance du français pour le Québec (TCFQ)
  
• Test d’évaluation de français pour le Canada (TEF Canada)
• Test d’évaluation de français pour l’accès au Québec (TEFAQ)

Also, living in Quebec, can i take an English test instead of French in order to sumbit with my application and which it would be?
