Wait To Get Picked In EE Draw Or Get Student Visa?

Hey! So, I've been in the pool for almost 6 months now, which is less than a lot of people for sure, but I want to consider other options.

Currently, my CRS score is 416.

• IELTS - L 8.5, R 8.0, W 7.5, S 8.5 ; Overall 8.0
• Work Exp (foreign) - 2 yrs 6 mo (by end of March 2020 it will be 3 yrs, increasing my current score to 441) - as a Marketing Executive
• No Canadian Education or Work Exp.
• Education - Bachelors Degree, ECA done = 4 yrs
• I'm 25 yrs & Single

Since the current cut off is above 460+ and recent trend has been 450+, should I wait it out (after 3 yrs completion) to try my luck? Or shall I apply for Student Visa?

If Yes for Student Visa, then please let me know what are some good affordable options for Masters in Business Administration? I can't afford more than 10 - 15K CAD / year

Alternative solutions are welcome.
Please don't tell me to give IELTS again.

There won't be any university that gives an MBA for 10-15K for International Students. I would suggest that you wait in the pool, In addition, you could learn French which would bump up your score.

What about a Diploma , I see these alternative options:

1. Diploma in Canada?
2. Diploma from UAE (where I am now), from a WES approved institute?

Not worth the money you are paying, you have a good EE score, I would suggest to wait for your work experience to hit 3 years. There is no need to rush. Once you get EE, you will be able to get domestic rates, which are much lower than International rates.
