Final Decision Approved But No E-mail & Passport Request Confusion

My application is offline paper based applied via AGENT and I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN MY passport .!!!!! so why they asking for passport. VFS SHOWING UNDER PROCESSING

I have also got passport submit request on 28 may and i have applied paper file. But till now i didnt get my passport dispatch. My gckey account shows your application is approved. What should i do now plzzz tell me.

No problem i went through same thing.. it will get updated soon.. your visa is approved dont worry

Bro its already 27 days gone till the date when email got by me . And no update till now and on the passport request letter their is written that if the passport is not submit in 30 days the visa will refused.

I got message today that passport has dispatched . Thank you god . Anyone else's passport has been dispatched or not ???? I put up a compaint on the website regarding my passport. You should also try it. May be it will work .they have replied me about the complaint too.good luck people

This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We require your passport to finalize processing your application. Passport requirements  Please provide your passport or travel document, with a copy of this letter.  There must be at least one blank page in your passport.  Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada.  Please note that we cannot issue a visa beyond the expiry date on the passport. Your passport must be received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please ensure that a copy of this letter is included with your passport.

Please help me ..what does this mean.. Is the Visa Approved or still pending?
