Situation:

I want to sponsor my Mom, Stepfather and half brother. I am Canadian Citizen just last August 28,2019. I am living alone since my partner and i separated last 2017. My partner sponsored me through inland spousal sponsorship under Family Class Sponsorship. I am qualified for 3 years income threshold. I can’t wait for the Parents and Grandparents sponsorship. Since I am living by myself Can i sponsor my Mom and her dependants? I read an article from CIC website that i can sponsor relatives included with the parent and her dependants when you live here in Canada alone. Is there any same situation like me? Please feel free to answer me on this thread. Thank you.

You can’t use the lonely Canadian rule to sponsor your mother.

Are you now divorced? No kids? No other relatives who are Canadians or PRs?

You will need to wait for PGP to sponsor your mother.

We just did common law, no kids but we declared single again when we separated. As in no relatives here I am just alone by my self. I thought i can use that category. That was i read from cic website. Any suggestions except for parents and grandparents?

No, the only way is to go through PGP. The lonely Canadian rule is for people who have no relatives they can sponsor, and are all alone in Canada. In that case, they are allowed to sponsor any relative.

Doesn't apply to you since you have a relative you can sponsor through a specific program - your mom and stepfather, via the PGP route. Your half-brother will be included as long as he's below 22.

As 21Goose also said, you need to sponsor via PGP.

Yes i don’t have relatives here. I am living by myself.
As said above, the answer is a very clear, "No". Sorry, but that's the way it is.
