When assessing your eligibility, it is been asked if you are married or not, and when you accept, it is asked if he/she is a Canadian or PR in canada and if yes, they ask if she/he will be coming with you to Canada. I don’t know if one can choose no at this point then when in Canada, she starts her own process to join you when you??
Or what can forum members advise if one does not want to travel with the rest of the family due to financial constraints??? And for them to join later after a year or two???
