CRS Score-467 to 431

I am at stage of submitting my application but I noticed my CRS score in application is only 431 which is far below 467 which I had when I got invitation.
Major score decreased includes:
1.5 points decreased because of Age
2. Skill transferability decreased from 50 to 25
3.7 points decreased in level of education

ECA results are bachelor degree(four years) and post graduate diploma one year.

As far as I understand it is considering my one degree only not two.

Please suggest what could be the reason?

Did you add both of these in your profile.
That could be the major reason that comes to my mind.

For my graduation I entered bachelor degree and for post graduation I entered one year diploma,as per ECA results.

But when I change to other option for example two year diploma from one year diploma or master degree,score still remains same.
Could it be a system error?
Is I am filling information correctly as per ECA results?

Clear the cookies from your browser.
Do as needful.
Check the score again.
Do tell here.

If you already got an invitation (invitation to apply), why does it matter?

It does matter. They will check your score again and compare it with the ITA cutoff.

Things to check.

Any changes in English score?
Any changes in job experience? NOC different from Primary NOC?

Education and Work experience should appear in their appropriate sections in addition to personal history section.

I think the most likely culprit is Education since it took points from both Education and skill transferrability.

Most importantly, do not submit your application until you figure this out.
