Changed colloge can work before next colloge starts

i have enrolled in lassal colloge my course starts from 26 August and now I have changed my colloge which starts from October 4 and can I work now or I have to wait till my colloge starts

You have to wait until October 4th to start working.

But I have heard some people work in their 20 given week hours before their colloge start .my colloge begins from 26 August and after changing 4 October their is a lot of time are you sure that I cannot work for 20 hrs a week and I do work then what will be the result

If you work illegally, you can expect that all your future applications will be denied, plus your current study permit can be cancelled as well.
