GCMS/GCKEY access

I ordered GCMS july 11th and still nothing. Anyone still waiting for theirs? Also my lawyer who is handling my app told me they dont use GCKEY. They told me that only when IRCC updates them via email they will forward me the correspondence. Having said that I only have access to ecas which doesnt show me the status of BG check/security/medicals etc. any idea why my lawyer isnt using GCKEY? is my only option to call IRCC and inquire about the bg/sec/meds? Yep.. some reps dont link apps at all. They only call you when they get any correspondent from vo. Its a risky thing they do to us as sometimes they do miss imp emails. The ircc automated system is down its been 2 months and you have to wait for the agent for hours .. we can only wait thats all we can do as we have a rep. Ask your lawyer about what stages you have cleared and tell them to send all the emails they recived from vo to you .. keep calling them twice a month.

Thanks for your reply. how would my lawyer know what stages we have cleared if they dont use GCKEY? P.S. Theyve been good at sending me updates when they get them from the VO handling our app so i know im up to date with all the correspondences

It was same with me my reps only call me when they get emails from vo but i kept track like when i got my meds request and when it get approved when my file got transferred and when they put my file in process. When they start my background when my eligibility got passed .. stuff like that .. these are the stages.. i didnt realy rely on my reps and made a list what stages we cleared and when just waiting for dm n ppr. Its easy.
