CEC points & FST draw

Hi all , I have been looking the points required in each draw and have seen that occasionally there are specific streams that are drawn . For example, in May 2019 there was a draw for FST requiring just 3 points.

I have never seen a draw specifically for CEC? Does this exist?

We will be at 405 points so don't think we will have an ITA any time soon...

The regular rounds of invitatins include CEC. There are never separate draws for CEC. Unfortunately you have no chance of being selected with a score of 405. You'll need to look into increasing your store to around 460 - or alternatively look into the PNP programs.
