B.Sc Nursing NoC and ECA

For B.Sc Nursing outside Canada, 4 years course, what NoC applies ?
And where to send the documents for Education Credential Assessment (ECA); is WES ok?

NOC FOR RN IS 3012 AND PN 3233

You can do ECA with WES, create an account and do the payment online. then contact your college and board/university to send docs directly to WES.

I've same qualifications except master in Arts. Anyone tell me for nursing diplomas evaluation plz IQAS always appears as we have reached the limit today.
