There's no easy way - everything will take work. Your work experience for a Canadian company from India will be classified as foreign work experience and won't give you any advantages.

Recommend you start with the Express Entry program. It's a points-based program and right now you need 460+ points to be selected.

Yes - you apply just the same as anyone else.

You're not starting a new business in Canada. It's already an existing business.

As already mentioned in your other thread, your company can try applying for an LMIA so that you can come on a work permit - the LMIA would give you more points.

In that case you would need to look into the Start Up Visa program if you want to immigrate through a Federal Program. The first step is to find an organization in Canada that is willing to support and invest in your idea - this organization must be one of the ones listed on the CIC web site as a designated organization. You'll need to put together a proposal, business plan including financials, etc. It's not an easy process and many struggle to find a designated organization willing to support their plan. Start reading here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/start-visa.html

Alternatively you can look at the provincial immigration programs. Each has its own requirements for investors / entrepreneurs. So you'll need to dedicate significant time to research. For the Ontario program, you must have a net worth of at least $800K if you want to start a business in the greater Toronto area ($400K if outside) - and you must invest at least $600K in the business ($200K if outside of GTA).
