national identification doc and wrong apartment number

Hi Everyone!!
I just submitted my document and now i read something on fb abt national Identification Docs.
I didnt even notice it until now that we put my husbands passport as a national identification doc on his Generic application form. and also on my part a wrong apartment no. i pute 209 instead of 211.
What should we do? please help!!!!

Send them a Case Specific Enquiry with the correct information.

No, wait until you are assigned an application number and then send them the message otherwise they wont be able to find and update your file.

Thank you. do you know if I need to send a new form ? I already asked my husband to mail me one incase it gets send back.

No, only if they ask for it. Just make sure you connect your application to your GCkey account as soon as you can. And maybe check with your neighbour at 209 once in awhile to see if they got any mail from IRCC.

the address mistake is from "address history"
I just want to correct it incase they check for past addresses.
it was an address from 2016

Then its just a minor thing, you will probably receive an email with an application number soon.
