If I have to address Canadian high commission then can you please suggest me full address?

You need to select Canada HC in the embassy section. The PCC should be addressed to the Canadian High Comission in New Delhi.

Hi Dotslash,

Who should be the addressee if my country of resident is different? I live in SG and hold a LK passport. Should my LK PCC be addressed to high commission in Sri Lanka or Singapore?

Thanks

All PCC's should be addressed to the Canadian High Comission.

Also, as you hold an LK passport, you cannot get PCC from Delhi Police website. PCC from Delhi Police website are for citizens of India who reside in Delhi. You need to contact the Indian embassy in Singapore to issue you your PCC.

Sorry think I may not have been too clear. I have a Sri Lankan passport and live in Singapore. I am getting PCC from Sri Lanka police and one from Singapore police. Should these be addressed to the Canadian HC in Sri Lanka or Singapore?

Or should the Sri Lankan PCC be addressed to Canada HC Colombo and Singapore PCC be addressed to Canada HC in Singapore?

Sorry, I confused you with the OP. OP wanted to aska about Delhi Police. Please ignore the Delhi Police advise.

Singaporean PCC should be addressed to the Canadian HC in Singapore and Sri Lankan PCC to the Sri Lankan Canadian HC.

Thanks Dotslash!

So does it not matter which Canada HC I will be dealing with in the future? For eg, for biometric etc I will need to go to the embassy in Singapore. So was just thinking if all documentation should be addressed to HC in Singapore?

Biometrics can be given at any biometric collection point in the world, as it is issued by the Central Intake Office and not by the local embassy.

In your entire application, you do not address anything to any HC or embassy of Canada, but to the IRCC - Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Also, when you get the PPR request, it is usually sent through the embassy/HC in your country of residence.
