Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

I got the above after being refused a study permit, please advise on what I have to do to correct this. I plan to reapply.

You gave the outcome of your application, but you have to post the information you gave when you applied for the student visa
Thanks for your swift reply.
The documents I used include my CV, Offer of Admission letter, Evidence of payment of first semester fees, Affidavit of sponsor, Employee reference letter, Employment addendum, Document showing Family information, Introduction letter, Letter of consent from my dad [My mum's account was used to show evidence of funds], Letter of explanation, Letter of sponsor, My purpose letter, Study leave letter, Study permit form and Study permit questionnaire.

If there is a place I can send the documents to by mail or something, please let me know.
Thanks

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your level of establishment,
language abilities, financial ability and I am not satisfied you are a genuine student and that you
will depart Canada at the end of your authorized stay.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
