I got rejected first. This is my reapplication . fingers crossed this time

My freind Simar already got his visa on may 27th but he didn't receive ppr but he just received correspondence letter so he called them and they were very helpful to him and told due to technical issues it was not sent to him but after he spoke to them and aborted the call the very next hour he got his ppr after 85 days of waiting .... So if he had not called them and requested he should have waited many more weeks so I request whomever got their correspondence letter and waiting please call and perhaps they would receive a good news..... I am worried coz its been 2 months I haven't even received biometrics correspondence letter

I pray so that we will get it this time, I was also got rejected for my first time under paper application, now I applied online .
