To fill the details of Canadian education for the following two questions, when can we actually update the information in Express Entry to claim points? Can we enter "degree awarded" just upon receiving the final transcript and/or letter of completion or one needs to wait till the degree is conferred?

1. Standing at the end of study period (required)?
-In good standing but no certificate or diploma or degree awarded
-Certificate or diploma or degree awarded
-Not completed

2. Was ...applicant name......awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study? (required)
-Yes
-No
