HI.My working permit wil be expired on October 25 2019 and my PR application is still on process.My didn't extend my working permit so I almost have 3 months to stay here in Canada.Is there any ways to extend my stay here canada Im not so sure if I can apply for implied status.

When did you apply for PR? Why not apply for an OWP? The process of the OWP application will take 3-4 months, and if the application is not returned for being incomplete you will have implied status while they process it.
