Waiting for PPR

My application is taking forever to reach a decision.... Can I get any inputs on what could be the reason?

Not received any ADR or RR...
There was "eligibility not met" issue which I came to know through GCMS. Updated additional documents, but still no decision

you can also try calling ircc and ask an agent if eligibility has been met or not.

I have already requested for GCMS notes...

Since my file is at NDVO New Delhi Visa Office the CIC agents don't have an update
