Thank you!

Yes, system do provide complete list of documents which need to be submitted.

Once you get ITA, there're additional fields which get added to your application. You need to fill them first and it will be marked as "Complete" as you fill all the sections. Once you fill your application, "NEXT" button option reflects which will redirect you to next page with "List of Documents Checklists" based on your application.

Simply, upload the required documents to the placeholders provided, then pay the fees, and you're good to go!
Hopefully we will get to see those fields some day ;-)

Yes Hopefully on Aug 7th. o_O
You certainly would my friend at 458. The finishing line for me is not even remotely in sight at 448.

At the same time, i am also worried about the tie breaker, I submitted on May 16th, People on this thread suggested that it should not be a problem.

Tie breaker will be 1st week of mine,if the CRS score will drop to 458

No need to get confused buddy. You're free to decide whether you want to accompany your spouse or not, that's why we are given this option to choose as per our own desire. You just have to give a reason to CIC, which is a formal practice. Because of boosting the CRS further you can list your partner as non-accompanying one, which is ofcourse a valid reason, and being the main applicant you have every right to increase your scores. Many people have done that previously and still are doing. Even IRCC has confirmed this thing by itself while answering to someone's query regarding the same concern on twitter. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hey dear,

To be honest, the current trend has diminished all the chances of 452 in September. However, in Q4 I'm quute confident that we will witness some positive movements i.e. both increased ITAs and dropped CRS. You never know when CIC will buzz around with a new twist and surprise us. Patience is the key here! Good luck to you as well.

You may not sponsor a foreign national referred to as a spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner until you've been a permanent resident for five years. Is this only for the Person who landed Canada by someone else's sponsorship?
