Cheers !Once u are able to justify that u have enough income to support ur family there then u can apply a dependent PR for them which further has processing time of 1 year
Hi Seniors, I have a Doubt,
My WES has given my education as Master's Equivalency
But during CRS calculation, it has taken as
"Two or more certificates diploma or degree" and got only 119 points for education.
Why??

If ur wife is primary applicant then only LOE stating tht this amount is saving done by both of u from your income is sufficient.. .if u r primary applicant then need legal document from ur wife which gives u sort of authority to use these funds any time...
This is what IRCC says "If your spouse is coming with you, you can count money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money."
1) Shall i get added my wife(primary applicant) name in my savings account and present a joint bank statement consisting both of us names.
OR
2) Give my (secondary applicant) bank letter as proof of funds AND make an affidavit stating, my wife has access to these funds.
Please guide.

Are you sure about that ?
As far as my knowledge the primary NOC should be continuous 1 year and rest can be in different Nocs to combine the total experience .
In my case company B can be the primary NOC as its 1 year 10 months.
Maybe i am wrong
Your OINP application takes 30-60 days for approval processing after submission. So, you can get it done in between, there is no harm!

Secondly can u share ur post ITA experience. .. To be more specific I just want to know once u fill all the required information do system provide u check list of documents to be submitted....or what's the procedure to decide required documents...
Will be helpful for ppl expecting ITA in near future... Thnx..

Yes, system do provide complete list of documents which need to be submitted.
Once you get ITA, there're additional fields which get added to your application. You need to fill them first and it will be marked as "Complete" as you fill all the sections. Once you fill your application, "NEXT" button option reflects which will redirect you to next page with "List of Documents Checklists" based on your application.
Simply, upload the required documents to the placeholders provided, then pay the fees, and you're good to go!
No. Previous submitted EE profile is not a visa application. So,you should answer "No" to the question regarding previous visa application.
