Yes, but I got it a few hours after it was approved (saw it on my account first). For my bridging work permit, I got the email a full day after it was approved. My guess is that they send the email in batches at different times of the day.
@ivan.bc thanks ! They approved ur bridging even after PR was approved. I have sent my passport for PR stamping , but no news on bridging .
No no, my bridging WP was approved about two months ago. I was just saying that I only got the email the day after I got my application approved.

3 weeks in mailroom!! I saw that passports delivered during that week already got approved.

Did someone sign for ur passport when delivered? If not give it couple of more days , maybe they haven't opened it yet.
It says delivered to delivery partner and yeah someone signed it. Hopefully it’s in mailroom and they send it out from mailroom to agents this week.
That's good. Don't worry. Probably urs get approved this week. Good luck . I submitted on Jul 18, mine said the same.
