I missed keeping receipt of fees in my application what should I do now.
?
I already contacted cic through web form and attached my receipt but I am afraid that my application will get rejected.

There's not much you can do really. Most likely you'll be sent it back in 2-3 months and can re-submit with the proof of payment.

There's a small chance you may get someone who sees it's missing and contacts you to get the proof or see's it from the ticket, and give you AoR but realistically, that doesn't really seem to happen
