Status of Application received / Link to online profile

Good Afternoon,

We submitted the Parents sponsorship application for my mom and package was received May 28, 2019 as per courier confirmation tracking number

I created an account online so I could check on the status of the application. However, I haven't been able to find the application, I tried last name details information as we have not received a UCI number for my mom and my UCI is not giving any results.

I am the official representative of my mom.

How can I get the update of the application or at least confirmation that it was received??

Anyone with the same issue?

You're going to have to wait until you receive the UCI to be able to link your application online. You're in very early stages, so even if you were able to link right now you wouldn't see much. AOR takes anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks, sometimes longer.
