Is your mom the main applicant? If she is, you do not need to wait for the 2nd letter. The letter is sent to the main applicant and gives instructions on what documents need to be sent (passports, photos, updated forms (if required)) for the main applicant and all dependents. If your parents have visitor visas, they still need to send their passports as immigrant visas will be issued for them. Just follow the instructions in the letter.
no, it's two separate application that I sent together. They both have own application numbers.

London office seems very slow:
I got 2nd AOR on April 2nd from LVO, no movement since. I see others on spreadsheet from Ottawa office with similar application received timelines are mostly done.

I havent even received the 2nd AOR from LVO yet. I guess it will be a long.... wait

Hello Everyone,

I am having issues uploading document on CIC Online portal.
"Our Online Services Are Currently Down."

Can someone please verify if they had any such issues while uploading documents to CIC portal.
What should I do in this case.

Also, is it worth to send PCC and other forms by Mail to London Visa Office.

Thanks,

If your parents are not married/common law and your are sponsoring them separately, there will be a separate letter for your father, of course, when decision regarding his application is made. However in the letter for your mother there should be a date by which her passport needs to be submitted, so I would not wait for the letter for the father and send mother's passort and other docs asap.

Hi All
My parents are here in Canada on Supervisa since 2016. Do i need to mention Canada stay in Travel history ?
thanks

That upload broken most of the time, didn't work for me also.

Did they mention any email in the document request letter. If so, you can email it to them directly and that is the best way.
Otherwise, you can always use the webform (https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx)

Could you pls paste PCC letter here without the personal info. I am PGP 2019 sponsor and just want to get an idea. Thanks in advance.

Hi, my sponsorship was approved february 8th and my application was transferred to the visa office in Accra, Ghana. It has been 5 months and I have not heard anything from Accra. They have not requested medical or police check yet. My cic and ecas status remains unchanged. I called CIC and they just told me to keep waiting. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

It will be a year on July 25 that our file was transferred to Accra. We have not heard anything from them since. So welcome to the club

You cannot go for another exam on your own. You must wait for instructions from your regional medical office. They will most likely redo the tests. A lot of people got into the situation you are in. So, don't worry about it too much.

Thank you. Does anyone have an idea of how long normally take by the regional medical office to process?

I have already sent the Police Certificate using the Web Form.
Will it appear on the CIC portal once they upload it from their side.

There is no email address provided in the letter.
However, I am thinking to send all the documents by mail as well
