My college is not on the autonomous list attached in the Wes required documents but my University is UGC approved . What should I do to get my Wes evaluation done for ircc?

Your degree will be accepted and evaluated by WES. Even my university (Amity University Haryana) was not listed on WES's free equivalency tool, but my degree and transcripts were accepted and were given a positive evaluation. That free tool is just for informative purpose. Ignore it and go ahead with your evaluation.

Can you please guide me on how to apply transcripts from the UPES? and are they sending the transcripts to WES?

You need to contact your college and ask them the procedure on how to issue transcripts and then send it to WES. You will have to provide them your WES reference number and WES mailing address.

You can still send both Bachelors and Masters to WES.
