@YULIA-2016 I am unable to access the tracker spreadsheet for 2019. Could you grant me access?
If I open the spreadsheet, it says Protected File.

yes we all know its consider as it is taxable income and its included in line # 150 . BUT Question is does IRCC count Regular EI to check eligibility?
we have mixed answer. no one sure yet.
"Employment insurance: maternity, parental and sickness benefits paid under the Employment Insurance Act are considered income. Other payments such as employment insurance and federal training allowances are not considered as income."
This makes me feel like. Maternity/parental and sickness benefits will be counted by IRCC as income because CRA taxes it. Differently, regular EI (other payments as mentioned above) is not taxed by CRA => IRCC will not count it as income. Conclusion, IRCC will count incomes taxed by CRA. This method is easiest for both applicants and IRCC officers.
