Still on application received, sometimes I wonder did they give my file to the slowest agent of them all ?
They tell you GCKey gives real time updates, that's false, real time would be "agent has opened the file", "agent has left the file gathering dust on his desk until he feels the need to check it", it's just dumb the lack of information, I would be ok if they would have requested some kind of document but nothing, nothing, just the standard AOR that they threw to thousands of applicants and 2 responses from web form telling me: It's in progress, what are they reviewing? They don't even need to check financials at this stage because this is done by Quebec

Sorry for the rant
Don't lose hope, we will all get there eventually, albeit some will be faster than the others. But as long as the min income req is met, it will end well for EVERYBODY. Wishing speedy movement on your file and reunification with your family.

It is not only you, lot of people are on the same status. There is no time frame for each step, there is no transparency. That's the reason they said - processing time 20-24 months. Only thing is by sending AOR , it has been confirmed that the application received is complete and no document or signature is missing, if I am not wrong.

I can understand the frustration. I’m in the similar situation but, of course, bit better than yours though. Or may be a lot better from your point of view.

I’m stuck at in process since June 11.
Have you received AOR , if yes which date

@diegosolano May be the agent has put a note for that 30-90 days review and hence file is in sleep mode. Nothing else explains this delay for you when we have May 6 applicants going from "application received" to "Decision Made"
30-90days sleep mode if any missing document requested. user @diegosolano case nothing requested yet. why the put on sleep for 30- 90 days ? user got AoR on July 11. his file is complete.

remember its not only for additional documents. The agent told one of the person here that if IRCC agent does not understand something, they will put a note for themselves to come back and review in 30-90 days and move to next batch.

...another update on Passport Seva PCC (for India folks only).

The Local Police Station- East Delhi (where the file was sent from Passport Seva) contacted Parents for verification date and time. An officer will visit home tomorrow and process the file. 2 days from Passport Seva to the verification scheduling call. Not bad. The officer mentioned another 2-3 days and the PCC should be ready for pick-up from Passport Seva. All-in-all a weeks effort it seems. I will keep posting updates.

For Quebec application: they have to check only form: no need to check any financial or other agency like CRA, JOB or previous undertaking etc to update case. Quebec will responsible for all eligibility.

The agent may got sick and died. Sarcasm apart, that could really happen.

I don’t get this conflict,

CRA - any kind of EI payout is a taxable income and your total income is line 150

CIC - total income = line 150 - EI payouts

Cic don’t consider CRA report/assessment?

I don't Get It Either

I called CIC on Jan 19, Feb 19 , and before sending application
They confirmed EI consider as an EI & they will refer to Line 150 for income and check eligibility in accordance with MNI
Also There is confirmation on IRCC official Twiter account.

But only one optional form IMM5748 you can find EI is deducted from total income.

That is really Unfair
