Advice Needed

Dear Folks

I have a question,

My PR card was issued about three weeks ago. I am still overseas my wife has the information but is not sharing it ( a divorce is happening) How soon do I need to return back to Canada and how long do I need to remain to get my medical insurance. I recall it was 30 days when I visited in Feburary 2019. I am not sure if that advise was accurate.

u need to be in 180 days in Ontario atleast to get it activated. it was never 30 days ... OHIP requires 180 days of presence and most of provices have very similar rules
