“ Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.”
I submitted my documents about a month ago and got this answer just now.
I sent university acceptance (Bachelor in music), which I’ve received from Bishop university (located in Quebec)
I didn't provide SOP explanation letter because there was no section or ask for it.
There’s only one travel history written in my passport.
Dont have any family in Canada all of them are with me in Iran.
Does studies is not reasonable thing for coming to Canada?
Any clues how can i overcome it and reapply with a proper explanation?
Thankful

Study is reasonable, but if you want to re-apply again, please do include SOP ,because it's necessary, then I will like to know list of documents you submitted along with your application, so... That I will guide you well based on where you made a mistake.
Thanks in anticipation.
Yours sincerely,

Hello
I’ve got master in architecture about 1 year ago. Because of my dream of being musician, I applied to the Bishop university for studying music. they agreed and sent accept letter to me.
Here are the list of documents which I submitted for the embassy:

Accept letter (from university)
CAQ
IELTS certificate
Clean record
Bank statement and financial support documents
MA university degree, etc...

And here is the answer they sent :

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I’d be grateful If you help me what can I do

Your purpose of study is very unreasonable. You just had a Masters one year ago, and then suddenly, you turned 180 and pursue a Bachelor in a completely different field.
Firstly, the progession of Masters to Bachelor is unreasonable. It is a downgrade. If anything, you should be pursuing another Masters, not a Bachelor.
Secondly, Architecture and then Music is a HUGE change. Those two are not even remotely related.
These two reasons makes your application very fishy and if I were to be a Visa Officer, I would be suspicious too.
I recommend applying for another Masters, and more importantly, applying to a program that is RELATED to your Masters of Architecture.

I know what you mean. But my all-time favorite major has been music. In Iran women are not allowed to be accepted in academic courses of music. And there’s no university that accepts women who want to be musician. That was the reason I had no choice but to study in another field. I worked hard to learn strings, piano, singing tips in order to apply for Bishop university and I’ve got accept letter.
Is there any way that help me to convince the officer? (Such as an explanation letter or sth?)

If so, then you must write a SOP stating the reasons for why you would want to pursue Music after already having a Masters of Architecture. You also need proof of your music talents. Maybe record yourself playing a musical instrument and show them the video. If you have any certificates or awards related to Music, show them. You need to show them that you have a passion for Music and you are serious about studying it. You need concrete proofs in this case, words alone will not be enough to persuade them in this situation.
Also, state why you felt Architecture wasn't a good match and that it was a mistake to study it. Make it realistic and genuine.
Your case is quite complicated and difficult, so I recommend seeking help and advice from an experienced lawyer or consultant.

I did it all. I wrote an explanation letter, SOP. I also went to the notary's office and sent a letter to the Canadian Embassy saying I would promise that I’m not going to stay in your country for even more than a day after my legal permission. I sent them my resume, Instagram page address, and all my musical and works as a file. I did all I should do but after 26 days they sent me the same letter :
