Offer letter from UNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TORONTO CANADA

I have received a offer letter from UNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Toronto is it genuine or fake. As they have sent me OFFER LETTER , Letter from Ministry of LABOUR -CANADA and now a mail has been received saying they have forwarded my details and documents for VISA process. In this regard i received a email.com from support@ircc-cic-gc.ca for filling the form with W-1 work permit.

I have the only concern that whether this is genuine or fake as we have not found any hospital with this name and address written on their letterhead

But as the things are going on smoothly and no money is been asked till now.

It's a scam. No such hospital exists.

Just read the entries on this webpage. One entry implies the hospital has its own bore hole for fresh water and this is a gated complex, this is downtown Toronto we are talking about here ! Another entry refers to the hospital named as Kelina which seems possibly be a hospital in Nigeria. The picture on front page implies the hospital has nothing around it yet 32 Gerrard st W is surrounded by high rise buildings.
