Hi I am from India, and my qualifications are,

10th STD - 81%
Diploma in ECE - 94%
BE ECE - 71% (with history of 3 backlogs)
Internship - 1 (3 month)
Projects involved - 3
IELTS overall - 6.5 (no less than 6 in each band )

I applied for Meng in electrical and computer in,

Dalhousie University
Carleton University
University of Alberta
University of Regina
University of Victoria
University of Saskatchewan

For January 2020 intake,
What are my chances in getting admission in any one of the universities I have listed above.

Hey,

Canadian Universities heavily rely on your academic scores. I believe 71% could be less for universities such as
Dalhousie University
Carleton University
University of Alberta

But I think the list you mentioned is good enough for your application.
I would have advised Concordia as well but recently they changed the rule for PR in Quebec and one needs to know French in order to apply for PR.

71% is definitely low for Carleton University, Dalhousie University and University of Alberta. But you have a decent chance at those other universities in your list.

Hmm okay... I applied in the first week of July.
That is really late. You should have applied in February or March. Applying in July is very late and a lot of the time, spots in the class has already all been filled up. Unlikely chance now if you ask me.
