I believe that it is a scam. The domain name is very recent and the letter is full of errors.
Also, almost nobody gets 25 days off a year as vacation.

You can almost certainly guarantee that it's a scam. However, if you post the job offer letter here with your personal information removed from it we can advise you better.
Why would you think a shoe/ clothing shop would offer a job to someone outside of Canada, there will be no job.
