I have a friend of mine he gat a online firm to process for him every thing,so now he gat a job offer letter now they have also sent him a Visa but how can we prove that it vaild and it do exists .
Any body answer me because they have told him to send the money to them for the visa ,so answer me please

It's almost certainly a fake. The visa comes from IRCC, not an employer or job agency.

Post the job offer letter here with his personal information removed from it. Also a copy of the visa if possible.

Most people here will not share their personal email address with people they don't know. You need to copy and paste the letter here if you want us to help you. If you cannot copy and paste the letter for some reason - then you will need to retype it.

As said above, this is almost certainly a scam.

If you are being offered free transportation / flight, free accommodations or free food - then it's a scam.
