i really dont undertsand i should go for caips notes or not? please suggest me , i am in big trouble right now because i am feeling like my dream has broken again even i did alot of hard work to get scored still i faced the same case.

I contacted her and she said DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT CAIPS/GCMS Notes.
She said even if it takes time we need to know the exact reason. Especially in my case with US travel history

May I know when did u submit ur biometrics
The reason for ur rejection may be u didn't link ur work experience or educational background to ur next higher studies course...also Ielts.... I know that u met the threshold requirements mentioned by ircc but when u already have 2 rejections prior....u got to score a phenomenal band in IELTS.... No less than 7 in an bands which can please VO for sure
I did submit my biometric in Jan 2019 month and at that time my score was 5.5 in reading module and overall 6.0
then i got refusal and clearly mentioned reason is low language test except that there was no reason and i retook my ielts and scored 6.5 overall. and my file submitted online and all work is done by my agent from Chandigarh so i guess he linked my all documents and they said you dont need biometric again and they didn't attached anything along with my file. i dont know what is the reason of my refusal and i applied for study visa application and ielts requirement is not less than 6.0 band so i fulfill the requirement as well.
You are right but if i will apply for caips notes then i wont be able to take septemeber intake.
