Today I call to cic immigration office so from their I talk with agent that as mp says that your file is send to London visa office for processing
But when I contact with London visa office so they told me that your file is still in Ottawa
So I ask where is my file so they you wait we check so then he told me that your file is in London primary office as it’s move they will contact you so my question is what’s means in primary office

So uh...yesterday, we got another rejection saying that after reviewing our reconsideration letter and evidence, the will not open the file...
I guess we will have to move on to appeal progress then.

I am moving back to Toronto to settle down in early September anyway, my husband has to stay in Hong Kong.

If the refusal is only because you don't have enough evidences to show your intention to move back to Canada, then don't file the appeal. Appeal will take longer, just to reapply.

Can I go ahead and get medical done without ‘em requesting yet?

First I ll advice dont do any medical upfront before you were asked for it, ircc dont accept it anymore from my understanding, there's a form you ll get from ircc that you ll take along with you to the center that ll show what type test they want from you.
2) I did my appeal in September 2018 nd did not hear till 27/12/2019 from IAD through my lawyer. Then after till end of January 2019 for file transfer, nothing again till end of march for pre-arrival letter nd mid April for documents request got quiet again till now. But I ll tell you cases are different so dont use my case as a yardstick to measure urs.

Ours is stuck in security and eligibility check. I think it depends on the officer who gets your file. On our ecas there is nothing posted after medical received.

hello salam friends now we submit the all documents medical exam police certificate and what is the next step.

Hi All !
-I applied family class sponsorship on 2017 October , I application got refused on 2018 October on the bases on my interview held on october 2018.
-I went to Federal court and appeal against the decision they made.
-Our appeal got approve on May 2019.
-After almost 45 days on I received and email saying application has been reopen. Now, I had to filled some documents that was mentioned on email , Which I have sent within 3 days.
*Medical
*PCC
*background , family detail and IMM0008E
*bio-metric payment of $85 .
-All mentioned document has been to on 1st July 2019
NOW I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET APPOINTMENT FOR BIOMETRIC AND WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO ASK ME TO SUBMIT MY PASSPORT ?

*It would be kind of those who can help me to know the time line , who already got there visa or those who have submitted there passport for stamping.
