Basically, my question was - are all provinces accepting the application for nominations or is there any specific province which is currently accepting nomination requests. I keep getting follow-up emails from my agency saying only PEI is open right now for PNP, will keep you posted if any other province is open. I really don't understand which website says which province is currently accepting nomination requests. Also, my second query is that if we show interest in all provinces for getting nominated, will the province contact us if they like my profile or do we specifically need to contact a particular province requesting for nomination. Please clarify.

20-Mar-19 : Received Nova Scotia Letter of interest (Labor Market Priorities stream criteria: French>7 English>5 )


The selection creteria in 20/3 draw was
1-French above Clb 7
2-English above Clb 5
3-University degree
No minimum CRS
No specific NOC

The creteria of Labor Market Prioreties Stream changes in every draw depending on Nova Scotia needs.
The earlier one in Jan was about NOC 1111

There are other streams beside Labor Market Priorities stream.

It is normal. That line only changes after you're nominated by a province. That's after you get an NOI, submit a complete application and receive an approval.
So, you're good.

Only problem is that Ontario hasn't sent out NOIs for the French stream since Feb 7. They used to hold weekly draws - not sure why they stopped.

My CRS score is 430 and L,R,W,S: 8.5, 7, 7.5 and 7 respectively. I’m waiting for an NOI from Ontario. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve submitted my EE profile but no improvement. My NOC is 1123. Can someone tell me what’s happening or what I should do going forward

Guys not all with high CRS scores and passed the criteria/eligibility of HCP of Ontario will receive an NOI( it is written on their website)..it depends if your NOC is in demand in their province..

Make sure to retain French as your first language.

Is it mandatory to retain French as first language? It was not mentioned in the guide, I think....
Now in my EE profile I have English as first language, is it possible to change it?
