This is the plight of many January AORs in Ottawa, if you order a GCMS note, you'd find that Files have not been touched since late March. As for the "in process" statement, that's info sharing, Eligibility has not started.

You are exactly right. Called CIC today. Found out my file hasn't been touched ever since being transferred to Montreal VO in March. Eligibility, Criminality, Background everything is in process. I have 23 days remaining now.

guys, this is exactly it is - for all January files more specifically inlands. Outlands are fine if the files get transferred to outland VOs but if they are stuck inland VOs, outlands are in the same boat!

Congrats, my AOR is +1 day. Other dates don't correspond, same VO. GCMS notes show nothing off putting, except "Ready to be Assessed" for most checks, and Security not started, Info Sharing in progress.

I have a question, how can I order GCMS notes if I have applied through a representative?

Can I order the notes myself or should I request the rep to order it?

If you are physically in Canada, you can request the notes yourself.

However, if you are not in Canada, you can still request your notes yourself, without any input from your representative.

Some GCMS notes get delayed, and most of the times there are two reasons:

1. administrative delays - IRCC just keeps sitting on the requests

2. If the application is at the final stages. Here, IRCC will prioritize the approval of your application, over the release as many entries are made during the final stage.

But, all GCMS notes are eventually released. If you requested your notes through GET GCMS, they have a protocol that they follow and will ensure that all notes are released, unless expressly barred by law, which is the rarest of rare case.

22 days left to complete my Express entry application. My elder son is in brampton last year on study permit ,and his medical expired on 22nd Jun .
Now my status bar again show we do not need your medical.
We are family of 4 person. 3 of our med done on April 3rd .
What does it mean did they send my son med request again .

When can I raise CSE (Webform)? Webform says they will only respond if my case has exceeded timeline of 6 months.
