That's just the TRV validity. The study permit will be issued by CBSA when you enter.

The TRV validity is what it is. You can apply for another TRV when you are in Canada.

The TRV is a stamp allowing you to board a plane to travel to Canada. A TRV is often valid for a short period of time.

The study permit will be issued by CBSA when you enter. It will be valid for the length of the course.
