How long can a Canadian naturalized citizen remain outside Canada? I am aware that the snowbirds (seniors) can remain outside Canada for 6 months or 182 days, while others can remain for 8 months.

Any Canadian citizen can stay outside of Canada as long as they want and would only be restricted by how long any host country allows them to stay.
