dear sir/madam
I submitted my papers and application yesterday to visit Canada as I need to participate and attend in one symposium there (International Network on Personal Meaning) and I hope to get the time as I should travel by 19 July 2019.... I already registered at the conference and I attached the registration form with my application papers needed to get the visa .

You can certainly submit a request to ask for expedite processing, however there's no guarantee IRCC will consider your request.

Note that this is a public forum - all of us are normal people like you. So none of us can expedite your application. You have to contact the visa office.
