Firstly you shouldn't use language like that. Secondly, our programs? hahaha when did you come here buddy?
Men can be drama queens too, its a figure of speech, you should attend more newcomer language classes, they'll help!
What's it to you if i'm grateful or not, just go about your day. No hard feelings.
It doesn't matter how long ago he came here, as long as he is a PR or a citizen of Canada now, yes, this is his country's program. To you, not much, you are just a guest here. You don't like the house rule? The door isn't locked, you are more than welcome to leave, and btw, don't let the door hit you by the way out.

My point came through I believe, the system is flawed;
I tend to agree with this statement, but not necessarily for the same reasons. While I feel the process is too long for those genuine claimants, the length of processing times also increases the chances of those who aren’t genuine to qualify for other programs that allow them to “jump the que”. Eligibility of a claim should be made almost immediately and appeals determined shortly after the appeal notification. Once you have status, the process can slow as they have the same rights as a PR or citizen. If you loose, sayonara.

Yes the questionable cases are the ones who should actually be fast tracked. Delays allow people to, for example, have children in Canada and create grounds for H&C after being found not to have grounds for asylum. There was some fast tracking of asylum claimants who had walked across the border not at an actual border crossing. In the case of one of the asylum seeker who lost his fingers his new disability and the fact that he was incorrectly identified as LGBTQ because of his crossing companion got him approval. Don’t necessarily think it was a good trade-off but that is what happened.

The biggest joke is somehow after those cases had been ruled negative, they can keep dragging on H&C, and eventually get approved. What a loop hole of wasting tax payer's money. It basically saying to those potential fake cases that it will be rewarded, if you can cheat your way to Canada. I tended to agree to the high bar set forth by the USA H&C policies, the hardship ought to be EXCEPTIONAL. Also, I think it will make more sense that a child is eligible to be a Canadian with at least one parent is a PR or Canadian, when the child is born here.

I certainly attend plenty of newcomer classes because I want to keep improving my language skills. I will however use whatever language I prefer just as you will continue being an ahole and annoying IRB. Bye.

It all depends on the agency. It is a long wait but just hang in there. Good luck.
